Who writes these guides
Both editors write to the same evidence-first standard: explain published information in accessible New Zealand English — bonus mechanics, payment distinctions, source reliability and the difference between a foreign licence and local authorisation — and show where a claim cannot be verified rather than filling the gap.
What our experience claims mean
Our work for this edition consists of document research, checking available operator pages, comparing supplied offer records, and building practical calculations. It does not include funded gambling accounts, customer-support mystery shopping or timed withdrawals. A quoted payout window is a published condition, not our measured result.
Where we discuss a hypothetical NZ$100 deposit, that is an illustrative calculation. It is not a recommendation to spend that amount or a claim that a particular casino accepts it.
Our source and correction responsibilities
Regulatory statements refer to official New Zealand sources. Operator-specific claims use accessible operator materials where possible; feed-based bonus headlines are labelled separately. The source retrieval date records when a record was obtained, not when the operator last confirmed every field.
Editorial responsibility includes acknowledging uncertainty. If we cannot connect a licence to the exact operator and domain, or cannot verify a cashier limit, we say so. Our editorial policy sets out the same standard for every brand.
Contributing evidence
A useful correction identifies the page, the exact statement, the source URL, the date viewed and the country or currency setting. Do not include account passwords, identity documents or payment card information. Our contact page explains how to prepare that information and directs urgent account concerns to the appropriate service.
